Eran specializes in a wide range of legal fields. His practice includes, among other areas, handling commercial transactions, ongoing legal counsel to commercial corporations and non-profit organizations, advising domestic and international entities in the media and communications sector, and consulting firm clients on labor law. In addition, Eran practices sports law and serves as the Chairman of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute as well as Chairman of the Players’ Status Committee of the Israel Football Association.

Eran has extensive experience in handling all types of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), founders’ and shareholders’ agreements, distribution, franchise, and licensing agreements, lease agreements, and more. Furthermore, Eran provides ongoing legal guidance and counsel to numerous commercial enterprises and non-profit institutions.

An expert in communications and media law, Eran represents broadcast and content platforms both in Israel and abroad, television channels, and production companies across all forms of content-related transactions. He also regularly advises major players in the television and content industry on matters concerning copyright, privacy, and defamation.

Eran represents sports clubs, agents, and athletes, bringing substantial experience to international sports arbitration proceedings, particularly in basketball and football.

In the past, Eran served as a council member of the Israel Natural Gas Authority.

• Representation of Biscotti and its shareholder in the sale of company shares to the Green Lantern fund, in one of the largest transactions ever in Israel in this sector.
• Representation of the media group Israel Bidur in the transaction for the sale of controlling interest in the group to the Merit Fund.
• Representation of the ENDVR Group in a series of transactions for the acquisition of holdings and investment in the Maccabi Tel Aviv Basketball Club.
• Representation of the Café Gan Sipur chain in a share sale and investment transaction by the Green Lantern fund.
• Representation of drone manufacturer Aerosol and its shareholders in the sale of controlling interest to a public company.
• Representation of Hidco Givati and its shareholders in a share sale and investment transaction by the Manor Evergreen Fund.
